Five characteristics of New Brunswick:

  • Instant freshness from the ocean to the table

As the birthplace of aquaculture in North America, New Brunswick is home to the largest Atlantic salmon farm in North America. We produce more than 23,000 tons of sashimi-grade salmon every year.
It melts in your mouth and is best eaten fresh.

  • Bright red shell, like the blush of a face

Snow crabs are known as deep-sea treasures, with bright red shells. The sandy seabed has made the snow crabs here cleaner and brighter; the cold waters have made their meat unusually sweet and juicy. Our snow crabs have beautiful appearance and delicious taste.

  • The world's largest lobster processing center

More than 50% of the world's frozen lobsters come from New Brunswick, Canada. NB's lobsters have hard shells, plump and juicy meat, and are famous for their huge claws. The lobsters produced here are of excellent quality and more suitable for long-distance transportation.

  • A natural gift from the Far North

The Arctic sweet shrimp from the Far North Atlantic Ocean tastes sweeter and has a longer shelf life due to the frozen seawater. High-quality fresh shrimp is produced all year round near the Nordic Bay in New Brunswick. The shrimp are small and safe. The pure water quality breeds fresh shrimp that are more suitable for fresh eating.

  • Delicate body, full taste

The wild Arctic sweet shrimp caught from the cold waters of the North Atlantic Ocean are smaller in size and have a fuller flavor than warm water shrimp. Advanced freezing processing technology preserves the taste, color, texture and nutrition of the sweet shrimp. The sweet shrimp here are salty and sweet, and the meat is plump and juicy.
